Building muscle is great, I love it, there are so many great things about building muscle and I want you to realise them all, I also want you to experience them all, here are a few reasons why building muscle is so great:

And many more, those are just a few of the great reasons why building muscle should be one of your hobbies, I am going to share with you some tips on building muscle and I hope you make use of them, here you are:

Focus on specific areas - This is very simple, basically, if you want to build your arm muscles then focus on doing exactly that, I mean, you're not going to get them if you focus on a different part of your body, so focus on the part of your body that you wish to build up, this will make it quicker to achieve your goals, focus on specific areas and don't spread yourself too thin.

Don't overwork yourself - Building muscle can be a tiring process, it can also be quite dangerous if you do things the wrong way or if you overwork your muscles, don't work too much so that it begins to feel painful, if you are feeling pain then I recommend you seek medical advise as building muscle should be fun and enjoyable, not painful.

Have a steady work routine - Get yourself into a regular routine and you should find that it is much easier to get yourself to do the tasks in which you need to do each day instead of making excuses or finding reasons not to do them, a routine will get you used to doing your exercises and weight lifting.
