Building muscle is a great thing to get involved with, it's an excellent choice for spending your spare time and it can actually be very good for you in a number of ways, some of the great things that muscle building can do for you are:

*Build up strength (obviously)
*Make you more attractive
*Make you more noticeable
*Make you feel like you accomplished something great
These are just a few of the great benefits that many people experience when building muscle, obviously everyone is different and people will have different feelings about it but the point is that it can make you feel great.
There are some myths that I think need to be exposed though, think about these...
It takes years to get big muscles - This is NOT true, it all depends on how you do things and of course, what is big in your opinion, it is very possible to build your muscles substantially in quite a short time, you just need to do things the right way and stick to it.
Most people can't get big muscles - Agan, this is NOT true, this is an excuse that a lot of people use when they don't get the results they want in the time frame that they want, you can get big muscles and don't let anyone else tell you otherwise, unless of course you have a medical condition.
You have to spend tons of money - Another untruthful statement, just because there are things out there that an HELP you build your muscles it doesn't mean that you absolutely must buy them, you can do it without spending money, however, it can be easier if you do.
These are just a few of the muscle building myths exposed for you, I hope you now realise that you CAN get the body and muscles you desire, you just need to find out what works and gor for it.
