There are lots and lots of new muscle builders beginning to train and build their muscles all the time now and it's quite frustrating to see so many of them making the rookie mistakes, the mistakes that could potentially lead to their failure.
3 of these mistakes are the following things:
1) Expecting instant results - I know it would be the best thing if you could just click your fingers and all of a sudden you had massive muscles that looked amazing but let's face it, that's never going to happen, too many people get started building muscle with the expectations that they are going to have big muscles overnight, they think it happens almost instantly, don't start with this mindsel, otherwise you will only be disappointed.
2) Not prepared to do what it takes - If you think that building muscle is as easy as scratching your head then you are wrong, now, that doesn't mean that it's hard and in fact, you could even say that it is easy, however, it doesn't require effort and you won't get great results if you aren't prepared to put in the effort it takes.
3) Thinking you can do it all yourself - This is a bad one, I mean really bad, if you think that you can learn all the techniques and methods for building muscles effectively then you are making a big mistake, don't reinvent the wheel, you'll just make things so much harder on yourself, find out the tested and proven methods from someone who has been in your position and done it all before, there is information available for you on the internet, use it.
These are just a few of the horrible mistakes that many new muscle builders make and I hope that you don't make them now that you have read this, remember, you can achieve your goals if you truly want to, just take action to do it today.
